Why choose CrackForest?

We believe in the open source community and believe that digital world should be available and affordable to all. Unfortunately premium products authors refuse to decouple support from the code, they won’t set regional price differences and they rarely offer discounts to students, low waged or the young. We are providing a third way by redistributing the code without any unneeded extras and We don’t sell premium products to make money, We make money to bring more premium products on CrackForest.

Do I have to register to browse products?

You may visit CrackForest site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our products you will be required to register for an account which is completely free. When creating an account we will ask about some info, for eg. your name and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit more information to our third party payment processors.

What information I have to provide to buy a product?

All payments are handled by PayPal or Stripe. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the CrackForest, you may find that you are asked to confirm your identity and other personal details. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including: credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

How fast I will get purchased product?

In general, Product(s) should be downloaded immediately after successful purchase.

Can CrackForest cancel my order?

CrackForest.com may to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

What can I do with downloaded product?

Use a purchased product for your own personal or client websites.

What I cannot do with purchased product?

You may not offer them for redistribution or resale again of any kind.

How many sites/times can I use the product on?

As many as you like. Or the limit if the following product have in the individual product page on CrackForest.com.

I accidentally purchased something! Can I have a refund?

We assume that you are an adult and responsible for his actions person. CrackForest.com do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We can issue a refund if product you purchased is not full functional as the original product, and the shop owner is unable to help resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product’s description. I have purchased a product but I didn’t get any message

Sometimes an email may not be delivered if your main inbox, then check ‘Spam’ or ‘Offers’ post folder. It’s because email servers and clients may incorrectly mark an email as ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’. Check also that the email address associated with your account is correct, there are no typos.

The purchased product is not working, what now?

It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between an item that is broken verses an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the item is not working. If simple checking’s is not helping, you will be able to contact with product seller (developer).

Is support included? or Do CrackForest Provide Support?

Basically Not. If you require technical support regarding a theme or plugin then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the original author (a link is provided in the product page) or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively you could ask us for paid help.

Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price.

Are these 100% genuine products?

Yes, 100%. We approve each item manually after checking & screening with our rock solid screening process. The downloads are not altered in any way.

Do you provide updates to the products?

Yes. As soon as our sellers are notified about an update, they go and download it from the author and update it on our site. We send regular emails advising when products have been updated so please be sure to provide an active email address when you sign up.

An item I downloaded is asking for a license activation code or to Upgrade to Premium. What to do?

Ignore it. Developers include these so that the product can update automatically or so that you can register for their support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your product manually when updates become available on our site. Plugin or Theme version outdated. Can i request new version?

Definitly, You can request for update to the seller of that product from their profile page you have a contact form Or you can open ticket, and our seller will update asap in business day. ( Normally in less than 24 hours, except holidays period )

I’ve created a ticket, how long you respond it ?

We will reply your ticket within 24 hours (In rare case, can be longer) and only in business day (Monday – Friday).
